Courtney Hall
Courtney Hall is the Director, International Business Development, Crop Nutrients Product Line at CHS. Prior to this, Hall was the Senior Director of Sustainability at CHS. As a strategic and technical thinker, she's spent her 16-year career focused on making sustainability actionable in agriculture and developing solutions that make sense for business and the environment. At CHS, Hall and her team work across the enterprise to identify strategic opportunities to reduce carbon emissions and drive value.
Hall has held multiple roles in sustainability and spent the majority of her career at Cargill. She has collaborated with customers, NGOs, universities, farmers, ranchers, and government agencies. Most notably, Hall built, launched and led one of Cargill's largest and most ambitious programs on sustainability, called BeefUp Sustainability.
Hall holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and a master's degree from University of Denver. She lives in Golden Valley, Minn. with her husband and son.
