Dan Skogen spent 34 years in radio broadcasting, working in Thief River Falls and Wadena Minnesota.  He spent 4 years in the Minnesota Senate serving Ottertail, Wadena and Becker Counties, and 10 years as the Director of  Government and Industry Relations for the Agricultural Utilization Research Institute (AURI) before retiring in 2022.
